Yes — the core Loyalty Passport experience is completely free. Create your profile, get your QR code, enroll in unlimited stores. We offer a premium tier for $2–4/month that adds cross-retailer reward tracking, expiration alerts, and location-based nudges when you're near a partner store.
What stores work with Loyalty Passport? ▼
Any store that has a loyalty program and a QR scanner at checkout — which is the vast majority of retailers today. We're actively onboarding partner retailers for even faster native integration. Use the "Retailer Request" feature in the app to nominate your favorite stores and we'll prioritize them.
Is my personal data safe? ▼
Absolutely. Your profile is encrypted and stored securely. You control exactly what information is shared with each retailer — you can choose to share just your email, or your full profile, or anything in between. We never sell your data to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, no questions asked.
Do I still earn loyalty points on my purchase when I enroll? ▼
Yes! That's one of the best parts. Because enrollment happens before the transaction completes, you start earning points on that exact purchase — the one you're making right now. You don't lose the purchase you're in the middle of. You get credit immediately.
